South United FC (SUFC) is a Bangalore-based club which places great emphasis on the development of youth and playing stylish football. omprising of only Indian players since it's inception, the club qualified for I-League 2 in its first season itself and has also previously competed in the Puttaiah Memorial Cup on multiple occasions as well as the South Indian Inter-State Invitational Football Tournament.

The club won their premier victory at Kolhapur with the prestigious Kedari Redekar United Cup in 2012. SUFC have been runners up of the Super Division for 4 years consecutively from 2012-2016. SUFC Players have been chosen to represent Karnataka in the Santosh Trophy as well as the BDFA XI Team in various tournaments like the Azad Trophy and the Don Bosco-Fr McFerran All India Football Tournament. In 2018, SUFC will be participating in the I League 2nd Divsion.
